Welcome to Samsara Healing! My name is Pavlina Romans, and I am the founder of this practice. I am also the founder of a powerful, deeply healing hypnotherapy method called Transformational Healing Hypnotherapy (THH) and Angelic Ray Reiki and Concentric Reiki.
I created Samsara Healing to facilitate healing and transformative changes in all aspects of life through personalized sessions that utilize a variety of techniques, including Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Gestalt, Neuroplasticity, Cell Command Therapy, Quantum Healing, Somatic Therapy, Ericksonian and Regression Hypnotherapy, Reiki, BQH & QHHT/Past Life Regression, and EFT.
These methods effectively reduce stress and anxiety, heal trauma, eliminate old emotional blocks, unhealthy feeling habits, behavioral patterns, emotional reactions, and much more.

Reiki & Pranic Healing
Reiki energy healing sessions are designed to have the maximum healing effect on your emotional, physical and spiritual body. They are tailored to your specific needs. Energy can stagnate when we are exposed to anxiety, stress, lack of sleep, unhealthy diet, physical injury, or emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Reiki activates the parasympathetic nervous system to heal the body and mind. It aims to help the flow of energy, reduce stress and anxiety, clear blocks, promote the healing process and boost the immune system. Concentric Reiki
Concentric Reiki is so much more than traditional Reiki. This powerful and unique healing method was developed by Samsara Healing from Usui Reiki, Angelic Ray Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Quantum Reiki and Pranic Healing. This beautiful and unique method was developed to bring balance to the entire being. Concentric Reiki works on a deep level, promoting healing and transformation. Whereas traditional Usui Reiki works more at the level of the energetic patterns themselves, Concentric Reiki goes deeper. During the session, the Angelic healing energy is channeled to the recipient along with the Usui Reiki symbols for cleansing, emotional and mental healing.

Angelic Ray Reiki
Angelic Ray Reiki developed by Samsara Healing is a high-frequency powerful multidimensional spiritual healing method. It is free from any religious belief system. During the session, the practitioner is simply a bridge for the angelic universal healing energy to pass to the recipient.
At the beginning of the session, you will be connected with your angel to see what gift and message they have for you. You will be given space to ask your angel one question.

Energetic blockages are formed in our bodies as we suppress and hold on to pain, emotions, trauma, or conditioning. They are often linked to unhealed wounds, which are often subconscious and can impact one or many aspects of your life.
There are many types of energetic blockages, which may manifest both physically and emotionally. They might project as anger, fear, guilt, or anxiety and can cause physical symptoms.

Some blocks in our bodies are stubborn and they need to be healed and released on a subconscious level. THH helps you to get to the root cause of the block, such as anger, fear, limiting beliefs, or guilt and reframe the negative feelings and perceptions of the past to facilitate progress towards your goals. It allows you to identify the cause of your current blocks and overcome past traumas.
During the session, you will be guided to the root cause of the blockage, you will heal it, and release it. This will allow you to heal and detach from the negative experiences and triggers that are holding you back in your life.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis combined with neuroplasticity assists with weight loss, self-esteem, helps to overcome phobias, fear of public speaking, unwanted habits such as smoking and procrastination. Hypnosis can also access inner resources for creativity, insight and growth.
You are not asleep while in hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural state of your mind, where you are able to open your subconscious mind to beneficial suggestions that will help you reach your desired outcome. The process of hypnosis gives the subconscious mind a suggestion for change or improvement. Everyone experiences a hypnotic-like state in moments of daydreaming, intense concentration, and when entering and exiting sleep.
The chart below indicates brain wave patterns that are produced by the human brain every day. Hypnosis is experienced in the Alpha and Theta patterns and is a very normal and natural state of being.

Past Life Hypnotherapy / BQH & QHHT
Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) & Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) are a form of regressive hypnosis that assists you in overcoming your current life challenges and limiting beliefs. The focus of both BQH and QHHT is all about getting to the root cause of your present issues and heal it by exploring the events of your past lives.
During the hypnotic session, you’ll be guided to the most relevant time and place relating to your current challenges, which will allow you to finally bring resolve, heal and detach from the negative experiences that are holding you back.
You will learn how your other lives affect your current life, and you will receive answers to your questions about your career, physical health, relationship issues and anything else you be struggling with. You can discover your life purpose, why you chose to come into this life, the origins of your challenges and how to heal from these challenges. These are just examples of what you can uncover. The possibilities are numerous.
